Steel pipes & Tubes factories:

Sunwen Piping Solutions Co., Ltd is a company specializing in boiler supporting products, finned tubes, and welded steel pipe manufacturing.

Our boiler parts manufacturing facility, located in Zhangjiagang City, China, specializes in manufacturing power station boilers, industrial boilers, HRSGs, waste incineration boilers, biomass boilers, and related heating surface components.

Our finned tube manufacturing facility, located in Jiangyin City, China, specializes in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of finned tubes. Our products are widely used in petrochemical, power generation, metallurgy, HVAC refrigeration, waste heat recovery, shipbuilding, aerospace, and other industries. The factory has advanced production equipment, a strict quality control system, and mature process technology to provide customers with efficient and durable heat exchange solutions.

Our pipe manufacturing facility, located in Xishan District, Wuxi, China, focuses on manufacturing EFW/LSAW pipes made of stainless steel, alloy steel, and line pipes, with an annual production capacity of 30,000 metric tons of high-quality welded pipes. We produce pipes according to ASTM A358, A312 TP316/304/347, A672 CL22, and API 5L standards, with sizes ranging from 14″ to 110″ and wall thicknesses up to 100mm.

Wuxi BeiLai Tube Co., Ltd is a well-known integrated manufacturer of seamless tubes. BeiLai mainly produces tubing, casing, VIT, precision seamless steel tubes, and other related products.

We have three sets of hot atmosphere furnaces, one VIT line, one upsetting line, three sets of threading lines, and dozens of cold rolling and cold drawing lines. Our production range covers 10mm-711mm.

Our hot rolling & hot expansion range is 60.3mm-711mm (2″-30″); our cold drawing range is 17mm-610mm (0.375″-24″); and our threaded range is 22.67mm-339.7mm (1.05″-13 3/8″) for casing & tubing. Our annual production capacity reaches 200,000MT.

Prefabrication, Fittings & Flanges: In coordination with our sister companies, Shanghai Feiting Pipe Manufacture Co., Ltd and Feiting Pipe Engineering Co., Ltd, we provide complete piping packages of the highest quality to clients worldwide.

Distribution and Stocks:

We have established distribution centers in Cangzhou and Wuxi, China, with covered areas of 15,000 m² and 6,000 m² respectively. Our daily inventory for serving global EPC clients includes seamless and welded steel pipes, as well as fittings in alloy steel, carbon steel, and stainless steel

EPC Services:

Sunwen provides a complete range of international project services including engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, project management, and financing for various client projects. These services are supported through our strategic partnership with a top Chinese government-approved EPC contractor
