Sunwen Industry Showcases High-Efficiency Finned Tubes and Boiler Tubes at Tube Düsseldorf 2026, Drawing Strong European Customer Interest

From April 13 to 17, 2026, Tube Düsseldorf 2026 was held in Düsseldorf, Germany. Against the backdrop of accelerating global energy transition and surging electricity demand from AI data centers, industrial energy efficiency and heat exchange performance have become industry focal points.Sunwen Industry. showcased its welded steel pipes, high-efficiency finned tubes and boiler tubes at the exhibition.

High-Efficiency Heat Exchange Products Meet European Market Demand

Against the backdrop of global energy transition and carbon neutrality goals, the thermal efficiency of power station boilers, petrochemical furnaces and waste heat recovery systems has become an industry focus. Sunwen’s exhibited high-frequency welded spiral finned tubes and nickel-based brazed finned tubes significantly reduce thermal contact resistance and improve heat transfer efficiency by optimizing the metallurgical bonding process between the base pipe and fins.

All products undergo rigorous eddy current testing and weld tracking to ensure long-term stable operation under high-temperature flue gas erosion. The manufacturing scope covers various base pipe materials including carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel. Fin density, wall thickness and anti-corrosion coating can all be customized according to customer requirements.

Sunwen’s exhibited products cover three major series:

High-Frequency Welded (HFW) Steel Pipes: Materials include Q235B, Q355B, L245-L555 (line pipe steel), 20#, etc. Outer diameter ranges from 21.3mm to 610mm, wall thickness from 1.5mm to 20mm. Products utilize high-frequency induction welding technology, featuring a small heat-affected zone and stable welding quality, suitable for oil and gas transportation, water treatment, structural support and other applications.

High-Efficiency Finned Tubes: Sunwen’s core products, including high-frequency welded spiral finned tubes and nickel-based brazed finned tubes. Base pipe materials cover carbon steel (20#, Q235B), alloy steel (12Cr1MoVG, 15CrMoG), and stainless steel (304, 316L). Outer diameter ranges from 25mm to 219mm, wall thickness from 2.5mm to 10mm. Fin materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc. Fin height ranges from 8mm to 25mm, fin thickness from 0.8mm to 2.0mm, and fin pitch is adjustable from 3mm to 15mm.
By optimizing the metallurgical bonding process between base pipe and fins, Sunwen finned tubes significantly reduce thermal contact resistance, with welding adhesion rate ≥95%, and heat transfer efficiency 3 to 8 times higher than bare tubes. All products undergo rigorous eddy current testing and weld tracking to ensure reliable bond strength between fins and base pipe, guaranteeing long-term stable operation under high-temperature flue gas erosion with no loosening, no detachment and no leakage.

Boiler Tubes: Including water wall tubes, superheater tubes, reheater tubes, economizer tubes, etc. Materials cover 20G, 15CrMoG, 12Cr1MoVG, P91, T91, etc. Strictly manufactured according to GB/T 5310, ASME SA-213 and other standards, suitable for subcritical, supercritical and ultra-supercritical power station boilers.

European Customers Express Cooperation Interest On-Site

Sunwen’s booth attracted EPC contractors, boiler manufacturers and equipment purchasers from Germany, Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and other countries.

A representative from a German boiler manufacturer, after thoroughly reviewing Sunwen’s finned tube welding processes and inspection procedures, noted that the product quality meets European market standards. Both parties agreed to proceed with sample testing after the exhibition. Additionally, an Italian customer was impressed by Sunwen’s customization capabilities, requested technical documentation on-site and plans to arrange a factory visit.

Sunwen’s technical team was stationed throughout the exhibition, providing detailed introductions to product advantages, application cases and customized solutions, and patiently answering customer questions regarding welding quality, heat transfer efficiency, delivery lead times and other matters.

Continuing to Expand Overseas Markets

Sunwen Industry has extensive experience in international heat exchange tube supply, with products exported to many countries and regions. This exhibition marks Sunwen’s return to a top-tier international industry event following its participation in EGYPES 2026 in Egypt.

The company will continue to deepen its presence in the welded steel pipe and finned tube sectors, leveraging stable quality, a wide manufacturing scope and professional services to support cleaner and more efficient energy utilization in global industries.
